Frequently asked questions
Will the enlarged image be sharp?
Smooth resizing and sharpening give good results, especially at 2x. Very large enlargements of tiny images will still look soft.
Can it add detail that isn't in the photo?
No. This tool uses traditional image scaling, not AI, so it can't recreate missing details.
What's the largest size I can make?
You can enlarge up to 4x, as long as the result stays within a sensible size limit.
