Using the service

By uploading files you confirm that you own them or have permission to process them. Don't use the service for illegal content or to infringe anyone's rights.

The service is provided as-is, without warranty. Keep copies of important files — converted files are deleted after 8 hours (12 hours on Standard, 24 hours on Pro).

We may limit file sizes or usage to keep the service available for everyone. The free service displays third-party advertising.

Paid plans (Basic, Standard and Pro)

• Basic, Standard and Pro are paid subscriptions billed monthly or yearly, in US dollars. Local taxes such as sales tax or VAT are added at checkout where required.
• Our order process is run by our online reseller, Dodo Payments, who is the merchant of record for all new orders and handles payments, invoices, taxes and billing questions. Subscriptions started earlier through PayPal continue to be billed by PayPal. You receive a receipt by email for every payment.
• Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from My account → Cancel subscription (or in Dodo's billing page, or for PayPal subscriptions in your PayPal account under automatic payments); you keep your paid plan until the end of the period you've paid for, and you won't be charged again.
• You can switch between Basic, Standard and Pro at any time from the Pricing page. Your new plan starts right away and you're never charged for two plans. If you switch partway through a paid period, the unused part of your old plan is taken off your new plan: when upgrading you only pay the difference, and when downgrading the amount left over is credited to your next payments. If you move from a PayPal subscription to the new checkout, the unused part of your PayPal plan is refunded to PayPal.
• If a renewal payment fails, your paid plan stays active for a few days while the payment is retried. If it still fails, your account returns to the free plan.
• We may change our plans' prices or features in the future. Price changes apply from your next renewal, and we'll tell you before they do.
• Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
• We may end a subscription and refund the unused time if an account breaks these terms.
