We want you to be happy with your AllFreeConvert.com paid plan. If it isn't right for you, here's how refunds work.

14-day money-back guarantee

If you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of any payment — your first payment or a renewal — and we'll refund that payment in full. No complicated forms.

How to ask for a refund

Email [email protected] from the address on your account and tell us which payment you'd like refunded. Refunds go back to your original payment method; most banks show them within 5–10 business days.

Cancelling

You can cancel anytime from My account → Cancel subscription. Cancelling stops future payments; you keep your plan until the end of the period you've paid for. Cancelling on its own doesn't refund the current period — email us if you'd like that, within the 14 days above.

After 14 days

Payments older than 14 days are generally not refundable, but if something went wrong — for example you were charged twice or the service didn't work for you — contact us and we'll make it right.

Who processes refunds

New orders are processed by our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments, which issues their refunds; older PayPal subscriptions are refunded through PayPal. Refunds go back to the card or account you paid with. Where your local consumer law gives you more rights, those rights apply.
