This policy explains what information AllFreeConvert.com collects when you use this website, how it is used, and the choices you have.

Files you upload

• Files are used only to perform the conversion or edit you request.
• Original uploads are deleted as soon as processing finishes. Converted files are deleted automatically after 8 hours (12 hours on Standard, 24 hours on Pro).
• We do not look at, share or sell the contents of your files.
• Browser-only tools (PDF editor, e-sign, PDF reader, color picker, unit and time converters) process files on your device and never upload them.

Files from Google Drive and Dropbox

If you choose a file from Google Drive or Dropbox, you sign in to that service in its own window and pick the files yourself. We receive temporary access only to the files you pick — never to the rest of your account — and use it only to download those files for the conversion you asked for. The access is not stored after the download, and the files are deleted like any other upload. AllFreeConvert.com's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Information we collect

• Accounts: if you sign up with email, we store your name, email address and a securely hashed password. If you use "Continue with Google", Google shares your name, email address and an account ID with us so we can log you in; we never see your Google password.
• Contact form: if you send us a message, we keep your name, email address, topic and message so we can reply and keep a record of the conversation.
• Usage records: for signed-in users, which tools were used and file sizes (never file contents).
• Server logs: like most websites, our server records technical data such as IP address, browser type and pages visited, to keep the service secure and working.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics to understand how visitors use the site — for example which tools are popular and which pages are slow — so we can improve it. Google Analytics uses cookies and collects information such as pages visited, approximate location (country or city), device and browser type. It does not receive your files. You can opt out with the Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on.

Spam protection

Our log in, sign up, password reset and contact forms use Google reCAPTCHA to block automated abuse. reCAPTCHA collects hardware and software information, such as device and browser data, and sends it to Google for analysis. Its use is subject to the Google Privacy Policy and Terms of Service.

Emails we send

We only email you when you ask for it — for example a password reset link. These emails are delivered by our email provider and are not used for marketing.

Advertising and cookies

This website shows ads provided by Google AdSense. Third-party vendors, including Google, use cookies to serve ads based on your prior visits to this website and other websites.

We also use one essential session cookie to keep you logged in and to protect forms. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; some features may not work without them.

Payments

If you buy a paid subscription, payment is handled by our reseller and merchant of record, Dodo Payments (subscriptions started before November 2026 may be billed by PayPal). Your card or payment details go directly to them and their payment processors — we never see or store them. They share with us your name, email address, country, the plan you bought, its status, payment dates and amounts, so we can activate your plan. Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with the service providers needed to run the site (such as our network provider, Cloudflare, our advertising partner, Google, and our payment providers, Dodo Payments and PayPal), or when required by law.

Children

This service is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Your choices

You can stop using the service at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account and its data.

Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
